Secrets of Kitchen Implements Revealed

What in tarnation?

What in tarnation?

“Erin Cooks” has cruelly tantalized us far too long regarding the identity of this implement, a mystery that left the food blogosphere reeling. Last time I was this much on edge was when Geraldo unearthed Capone’s vault.

Hours were fritted away on fruitless guesswork. Apparently it isn’t a “flux capacitor” (my guess), “candle snuffer” or “tea strainer.” Mercifully, she has decided to let us resume the normal course of our lives. Head on over here for the great unveiling.

I am kicking myself this morning. If only I had paid closer attention when I visited this place last July, I could have snagged that cookbook.
